The POODL admin dashboard can be used to get useful information at a glance.
- Use the Parish dropdown menu in the top right corner to see data specific to each Parish. You can also view dog licence data from across all Parishes by selecting ‘All Parishes’ from the dropdown menu.
- You can see the number of new licences and renewals that have been paid for by licence owners in a given period of time. (By default, the dropdown is set to show data from the last 30 days).
- The dashboard can also be used to export a list of the most popular dog breeds in xls format. (Please note: the data exported will be specific to the Parish you are viewing. Make sure that you have selected the correct Parish from the dropdown menu before clicking ‘export’).
The recent dog alerts table and recent licence activity table give you the ability to quickly find the most recent licence updates, notes and alerts. This is particularly helpful in locating a specific dog owner account (or a specific dog) if you receive an enquiry regarding their recent activity.
