Quick search (quick licence search) is a faster way of finding specific records (as opposed to using Filters). Quick search is useful if you know:
- The name of the dog,
- The owner’s name,
- Their licence ID,
- Their Email address,
- Their phone number,
- The first line of the owner’s address
Simply type the data into the search bar and click ‘enter’ on your keyboard or the search icon.
Important: If your search does not return anything, please make sure to double-check your spelling/entries as the text needs to be a near exact match. The system will not be able to find the record you are looking for if there are errors.
