Manually renewing licences that were added in 2023

Some licence holders created their license early in 2023 despite the messaging for them to not do this. In this case a good solution is to manually renew the licence in 2024 at a zero cost.

To do this:

1. Find the relevant licence within POODL. It should have a status of Pending.
2. Go to the ACTIONS menu and select RENEW LICENCE
   1. Enter a zero cost
   2. Change the payment date to 1st Jan.
   3. Untick the email box
3. Click Renew Licence button.
